These Terms & Conditions govern purchases and transactions made through Diamond Print Shop LLC (“Diamond Print Shop,” “DPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the use of our website.
Payment Authorization
By submitting an order or online payment, you authorize Diamond Print Shop LLC and its authorized payment processor to charge the credit card, debit card, or other approved payment method you provide for the total amount shown at checkout or otherwise approved for your order.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and order information. You are also responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction. Diamond Print Shop LLC is not responsible for overdraft fees, insufficient-funds fees, finance charges, bank fees, or similar charges assessed by your financial institution.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product selections, garment styles, quantities, sizes, colors, spelling, artwork, shipping information, and other order details before submitting an order or approving a custom project.
Custom Orders
Custom apparel and other made-to-order products may require artwork, design, garment, quantity, pricing, or production approval before production begins. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Colors displayed on computer or mobile screens may vary slightly from the appearance of physical garments, inks, and printed transfers.
Artwork and Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, names, or other materials to Diamond Print Shop LLC, you represent that you own the material or have permission to use it for the requested project.
Diamond Print Shop LLC may decline work that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual-property rights or otherwise cannot lawfully be produced.
Pricing and Availability
Prices, product availability, garment availability, production times, and service offerings may change. If an ordered item becomes unavailable or a material change affects an order, Diamond Print Shop will contact the customer to discuss available alternatives before proceeding when appropriate.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Orders are subject to the Shipping / Delivery Policy and Return / Refund Policy posted on this website. Those policies form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Third-Party Payment Processing
Payment information may be transmitted to and processed by an authorized third-party payment gateway and merchant processor in order to complete your transaction. Diamond Print Shop LLC does not use payment information for purposes unrelated to processing or managing your transaction except as permitted by law and described in our Privacy Policy.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Responsibility
